1. Copies of any Certificates, Statement of Attainment or Record of Achievement are accessible within 12 months from the original date of issue.
2. After this date an additional $30 administration fee will apply where a printed copy of the original is required.
3. Electronic copies of Transcript Records are accessible at any time.
4. Once your application is received you will either:
- be taken to the cart for payment of printed copy of original certificate, if after 12 months from original date of issue. You will then receive your certificate within 14 days of payment.
- receive your certificate within 14 days of submitting application to nominated postal address in this form, if within 12 months from the original date of issue.
- be emailed a copy of your Transcript Record.
