The chair yoga and meditation course for Seniors, is a wonderful way to stay active and healthy. It will bring yoga’s integration of body/mind and spirit to those unable to practice traditional mat yoga. Yoga Asanas (poses) are modified to allow participants to practice entirely sitting in a chair, enabling them to receive the “good medicine” of yoga and meditation . Bring a towel, drink and wear comfortable clothing.
